A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This Jamaican-Nigerian fusion restaurant was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food was bursting with flavor the perfect blend of rich African spices and bold Caribbean seasonings. Every dish was cooked to perfection and full of personality. The drinks were top-notch, refreshing, and beautifully made. What really stood out was the hospitality. OB, personally greeted us and made us feel so welcome, like family. The chef even came out to check on our table, which made the experience feel extra special you can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere was lively, the music was great, and the entire vibe was unmatched. If you’re looking for good food, good drinks, and even better energy, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!"
"What a joy of a location! So happy that this restaurant is here. Food was great and hospitality is amazing. Angie and her team are great and make you truly feel at home with a nice Caribbean vibe. Will definitely come back for more food and laughter."
"FIVE STARS!! Seta Oasis is exactly what DC needs. The venue is spacious and sophisticated, the food is delicious, and the staff are very welcoming. I went for dinner on a Friday night and started planning my next visit before I even left. The menu has something for everyone: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, lovers of spicy food, and everything in between. There is a low-lit dining room, upstairs and downstairs bar, fully covered patio with lounge seating, and even a VIP room. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience and will be recommending to everyone! This will be THE PLACE to be in the summertime."
"The Rasta pasta and curried chicken were absolutely delicious; perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and cooked just right. Every bite was satisfying and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was already great, but what truly elevated the entire experience was our bartender, Camryn. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Her energy and service alone are reasons to come back. Because of the amazing food and Camryn’s outstanding hospitality, we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"
"Was invited for the happy hour scene and it did not disappoint at all! Prompt service, great portion & quality of my order. DJ's present played good music, tying things together for those who weren't watching games on the TV's."

"The ambience is amazing, service is not so pleasant with the waitresses. Since the new owners have been here the atmosphere is amazing, good music, and mature people. The service for food , needs improvement, it took almost 15 minutes to get some sauce that never came until we had to haunt down someone. The nachos was tasteless, the wings could have some more flavor. The Irie stickers were good."
"So excited to have a Jamaican bar and restaurant close to home. They offer both food and drink specials during HH Mon-Fri 4-7pm with reggae videos/music playing…discovered a few additions to my playlist. I had a drink at the bar and took advantage of the extended HH while waiting for our food to come out. I ordered the fried snapper with eskovitch sauce. The snapper was well seasoned and the rice & peas, cabbage, pickled onions, peppers and carrots were the perfect accompaniment. I really enjoyed my meal once I arrived home, but if I could have made one adjustment it would be to add more sauce but I think they wanted to make sure the fish didn’t get soggy as we ordered our food to go. The service was friendly and attentive. We were immediately greeted at the door upon entering and the bartender was quick to bring us the menus and provide a description of the drink offerings. I will definitely be back!!"
